Procedure for Making Payment to Kaduna Polytechnic under the Treasury Single Account Regime.

Further to the Presidential directives that all Federal Government Agencies should commence full implementation of the Treasury Single Account (TSA), the Kaduna Polytechnic management hereby informs all its students and the general public that it now collects payment for all the services it renders to its clients/stakeholders using the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) gateway, the REMITA. The remita provides payers six (6) channels through which payments can be made to the Kaduna Polytechnic, namely:

1. Any branch of a commercial Bank nationwide;
2. Debit/credit card (Master Card, Verve, Visa);
3. Internet banking site;
4. Digital Wallet/Mobile Money;
5. Remita Profile (for registered remita users); and
6. Point of Sale (PoS).

The payment platform can be accessed through the Kaduna Polytechnic website (www.kadunapolytechnic.edu.ng) or the remita website (www.remita.net).
Using the Kaduna Polytechnic website (www.kadunapolvtechnic.edu.ng). the procedure goes:

1. Follow the Remita payment option logo to access the Federal Polytechnic, Kaduna page;
2. Select the service type that you are paying for;
3. For some services, the system displays the applicable fees, otherwise enter the amount applicable;
4. Submit to generate a Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR), a unique payment reference for your transaction, which is to be presented at any payment channel; and
5. Select your preferred payment channel to make payment.

Using the Remita Website (www.remita.net). this procedure applies:

1. Click “pay a Federal Government Agency’’ link;
2. Enter Federal Polytechnic, Kaduna as name of the MDA and select the service type you are paying for;
3. For some services, the system displays the applicable fees, otherwise enter the amount payable;
4. Submit to generate a Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR), a unique payment reference for your transaction, which should be presented at any payment channel; and
5. Select your preferred payment channel to make payment.
